Six years ago, X Gate was just an idea, a single LEGO brick in a world of infinite possibilities. Much like LEGO, which is an ever evolving 3D creation process with endless possibilities, our company thrives on continuous growth, refinement, and expansion.
There is always room for one more piece to make it better, more exquisite, and stronger. Today, we stand tall as a fully built digital powerhouse, constantly innovating, problem solving, and creating software solutions that drive success.
Year 1: Laying the First Brick
Every great LEGO set starts with the first brick, our foundation. In 2019, we set out with a vision: to redefine software development and IT solutions. The first year was all about assembling the core team, taking on our first projects, and ensuring that our structure was solid.
Years 2-3: Stacking Up & Strengthening the Build
Like any growing LEGO model, the second and third years were about expanding and improving. We refined our services, adopted new technologies, and strengthened our connections with clients and partners. There were challenges along the way, just like when you can’t find that one missing LEGO piece! But with determination and teamwork, we kept building towards success.
Years 4-5: Innovation, Growth & Master Builders
By our fourth and fifth years, we weren’t just building, we were designing, innovating, and engineering new ways to solve complex tech challenges. Our team grew, our expertise sharpened, and our projects became more ambitious than ever. We became “Master Builders” in our industry, crafting digital solutions that make a difference.
In December 2022, we took a bold step forward and opened our second office in Skopje. This milestone marked a new chapter of expansion, welcoming more talented colleagues, fresh ideas, and an even stronger drive to push boundaries. The office became a hub of creativity, collaboration, and cutting-edge software development.
Year 6: Bigger, Bolder & Ready for the Future!
Now, as we celebrate six years, we look ahead to the next phase of our journey. Just like a LEGO city that keeps expanding, X Gate is constantly evolving, adapting, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. In September 2024 we took another major leap by creating two distinct departments:
- Software Development & Dedicated Teams Department
- Digital Marketing Team
This strategic move was driven by our growth and the increasing demand for our services. With our own Digital Marketing team, we now offer even more comprehensive solutions, seamlessly integrating technology and marketing to help businesses thrive.
With every new challenge, our team proves to be more than just skilled professionals, they are creators, innovators, and problem solvers, full of energy and fresh perspectives. The X Gate culture is built on collaboration, passion, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
