Our team is looking for a creative and motivated Junior UX/UI Designer to help design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with designers, developers, project managers, and stakeholders to transform ideas and requirements into functional, visually appealing digital products.
This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in UX/UI design and is eager to further develop their skills through real-world projects, collaboration, continuous learning, and the exploration of emerging AI-assisted design workflows.

Key Responsibilities
> Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
> Contribute throughout the design process, from research and ideation to final UI design and implementation support
> Participate in user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and design validation activities
> Create and maintain design assets, component libraries, and reusable UI elements in Figma while utilizing AI-assisted design tools
> Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to create user-centered digital experiences
> Support development teams during implementation by preparing design specs, annotating components, and working with design tokens and variables to ensure design consistency
> Present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions based on user and stakeholder input
> Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, design tools, and emerging technologies
Requirements
> 0–2 years of experience in UX/UI Design or a strong portfolio demonstrating equivalent skills
> Portfolio showcasing academic, personal, freelance, internship, or professional projects
> Show your thinking, not just your output – include projects where you demonstrate how you identified a problem and worked toward a solution
> Good knowledge of Figma and modern design workflows
> Familiarity with emerging AI design and prototyping tools (e.g., Google Stitch, Figma Make, Claude, or ChatGPT) and their application within design workflows
> Understanding of the end-to-end UX/UI design process, including research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
> Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography, color, layout, and responsive design principles
> Basic understanding of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles
> Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive digital experiences
> Ability to clearly explain design decisions to team members with different backgrounds, such as developers, project managers, or clients
> Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and manage multiple priorities
> Good written and spoken English
Nice to Have
> Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
> Experience with user research or usability testing
> Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
> Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools.
